What I'm doing now.

v7 shipped in August. The team and community handle the day-to-day; I steer a couple of hours a week. Ten years in, this is the plan working — not the plan failing.

The platform is built — payments, refunds, compliance, venue tools. Go-to-market is ramping up on my co-founder's side. My part now is product support and staying out of the way.

Interview season. The dataset is proven — every upcoming event in Romania (4,500+, from 16 sources), live at ticketlist.co. Now: interviews to figure out what's actually missing for event-goers — how going out more could make life better — without assuming my problems generalize. No new features until the interviews say so.

Choosing my next ten-year thing, slowly and in public. I'm reading pitches — here's what gets a yes.

After seven years of splitting life between Romania and everywhere else — ten countries a year, trips from a week to six months — 2026 is the deliberate opposite: a house, a dog in the works, fewer-but-better trips with my fiancée. Also: it's watermelon season in Romania. I'm averaging two a week, solo, and my one social-media post of the year (the first-melon announcement) has already gone out.
